The Matawa First Nations Corporation provides technical and professional advisory services to its member First Nations in the areas of administration, communications, economic development, education, finance, membership and technical services such as housing and fire protection. 

Advisory services are coordinated under the guidance of Matawa CEO, David Paul Achneepineskum through the Administration office. It is the responsibility of the Administration office to provide administrative and financial support services to all staff so that they may deliver the best possible support and advisory services to the member communities.  Human Resources, policy and procedure, financial resources and the corporate, legal and contractual obligations of the organization are also under the mandate of this department.
