This is a new forum for regional projects and activities surrounding governance and management development for the Matawa member First Nations. The Band Managers from each member First Nation will collectively seek out regionally-scoped capacity development opportunites for all levels of governance and management.
This Committee plans to meet at least quarterly and develop a long-term regional strategic plan to ensure community-level prosperity, health and quality-of-life through efficient and effective governance and management systems, which will help assure quality of services for all commuity members.
