On an ongoing basis, the Financial Advisor will visit each member First Nation to gain first-hand knowledge of issues surrounding community finance, management and governance. The Financial Advisor will be available to meet with community leaders and band, finance and program management during these visits. Additionally, the department has developed various workshops such as proposal development and organizational structure and design for facilitation in each First Nation. Please contact the Financial Advisor to schedule existing or new workshops for your community.
