Bike folds to half the size for easy storage and transport and is built for all ages. Enter a photo or drawing into the Go Green 4 Change Photo Contest for your chance to win. Winning photos will be put into a calendar that will be distributed to 3000 Matawa households.

Submit a drawing or photo showing how climate change impacts your life or why it is important to stop climate change with an image of what can be lost. Twelve contest winners will be selected and each will get a folding bicycle and a helmet and have their image put into a calendar that will be distributed to all Matawa households on- and off-reserve. Images must be submitted with a completed entry form including the short survey on the entry form to qualify for the contest.
Judges will determine the 12 contest winners, 1 from each community's school workshop entries for a total of 9 student winners, and 3 Matawa wide contest winners selected from entries submitted during the 2010 Matawa Youth Summit, in drop boxes to be set up in each community and online entries. CONTEST CLOSES OCTOBER 15, 2010 and winners will be announced before January 2011.

Help Matawa Technical Services estimate the amount of greenhouse gases released by Matawa communities by completing a survey. Estimates will be made using the information collected in the surveys and a carbon budget calculator specially designed for First Nations. Individuals who complete the survey will have their names entered into a draw for a Green Kit. Only 1 entry per person. Personal information collected in the survey will only be used for calendar and Green Kit distribution and will NOT be distributed to third parties or be associated to your answers. Draw for Green Kits will be held in October 2010.
