Our Policy on Purchasing and Contracts
All agreements for the purchasing of goods and services as well as employment agreements by Matawa, and any of its subsidiaries, are made in writing using standard Matawa documents. This includes all hiring, consulting and other services as well as flow through funding agreements.
Matawa, and its representatives, do not and are not authorized to enter verbal agreements and credit should not be provided by any vendors or suppliers unless one of our agreements is in place.
