Crisis Intervention/Prevention & Family Violence Support Program
(Survivors of Suicide & Family Violence Against Individuals)

The program was developed under the Matawa Health & Social Services Task Group and its primary role of the crisis team program workers is in suicide and family violence. Services help provide support to communities, families, and individuals who require referral services, family violence prevention and awareness programs, on-going healing programs, and referrals to medical services as required. The program can help in assisting with family safety planning, crisis intervention debriefing, reducing the risk of violence or suicide attempts while create community awareness and education.
