WORLD AIDS DAY TO BE HOSTED BY MATAWA HEALTH CO-OPERATIVE
THUNDER BAY, ON: The Matawa Health Co-operative (MHC) will be hosting a World Aids Day event for Indigenous youth in Thunder Bay from grades 9 -12.
A number of guests will be making presentations including a number of health staff from the Matawa Health Co-operative, Elevate NWO, Ontario Aboriginal HIV AIDS Strategy and the Thunder Bay District Health Unit. Keynote speakers will be Dr. James Makokis and Anthony Johnson, a Two-Spirit couple that won the Amazing Race Canada in Season 7. The agenda is available: here.
