MATAWA EDUCATION AND CARE CENTRE HOST NEIGHBOURHOOD BBQ
THUNDER BAY, ON: Staff from Matawa First Nations Management (MFNM) and the Matawa Education and Care Centre (MECC) will be hosting a neighbourhood barbeque on Friday, September 15, 2017. It will be an opportunity for the neighbourhood to become familiar with MECC staff/students and programs that are offered. Invitations were hand-delivered to MECC neighbours this week by staff and students.
David Paul Achneepineskum, MFNM CEO and other MECC staff will be on hand to provide comments on upcoming plans. They will be joined by Acting Mayor Iain Angus, Councillor Shelby Ch’ng and other City of Thunder Bay officials.
